She has extensive experiencing teaching all forms of pilates including clinical, fitness reformer, pre and post natal and mat classes.

Caitlin has also dedicated the last 5 years to furthering her knowledge in the areas of pelvic floor, menopause, pregnancy, birth and exercise for women. Supporting and empowering women to look after their pelvic health is huge passion area of Caitlin's and she has presented and developed birth and labour skills workshops, pelvic floor education seminars and travelled to remote areas to deliver pilates and pelvic floor workshops.

Her university level training in pelvic health provides her with a unique perspective to assess and treat the pelvis as a whole. With this integrated approach she has the ability to look after the health of both internal (pelvic floor muscles) in conjunction with the other core and external pelvic muscles .
